Students in this quarter class will complete two large projects. The first will involve students selecting pictures from home which will be scanned. These pictures will then be edited in iPhoto and imported into iMovie where transitions, titles, special effects, and music will be added. Students will next export their completed movie into iDVD, add the movie to a DVD page, and a DVD will be burned. The second project will use provided pictures centering around USD 491. Students will select pictures, again edit in iPhoto and use iMovie to create a movie. Students will save this movie in QuickTime format.

Students in this semester class will complete one large project. Students will research a social studies topic, creating an outline in Inspiration. Pictures/graphics for their projects will be stored and edited in iPhoto. The actual project will be created in PowerPoint. Skills covered in this class will include keyboarding, ethical research, correct citation of sources, and outlining.
