Grades 9-12: Scores & Schedules

About the Eudora High School Dance team

"Dance like no one's watching!"

The purpose of the Eudora High School Dance Team is to....
*Perform with precision so as to strengthen school spirit and individual pride.
* Use the art of dance to increase school spirit, represent ourselves, our parents, our coaches and our school.
* Assist members with personal goal setting to reach and surpass them.
 * Build character traits of honesty, discipline, accountability and self worth of each team member.
 * Create a sense of "family" that lasts past the season of dance.
Tryouts for the EHS Dance team are usually scheduled for March or April. Information will be available at Eudora High School, or you may contact Coach Kelso.  In addition, information will be on this web site, so check back often.
The Eudora High School Dance team practices after school, occasionally in the morning before school and on the occasional weekend. The dancers also rehearse into the first part of the summer, but take July and the first part of August off. Students may choose to dance during the fall season or winter season, but cannot be participating in another sport at the same time.

The Eudora High School Dance team attends camp during the summer in preparation for the upcoming year.  They perform at all home basketball and football games, with an occasional away performance.  They compete at one festival per year - the 5 Star Production (Miss Kansas Spectacular) at Olathe South and also host a little dancer clinic in late January/early February.

The Eudora High School Dance team is coached by Robyn Kelso and Jessica Vogt.  This is Coach Kelso's  seventh year coaching and Coach Vogt's first. Both coaches have extensive experience in either dance itself or the dance organization.

Come find out what makes this organization so special!
