Culinary students earn national certification

Eleven students from Eudora High School and Mill Valley High School are now national certified in food safety and sanitation by the National Restaurant Association. The students took the exam as part of the culinary arts program in the Eudora-De Soto Technical Education Center.
EHS students earning the certification are Erik Ahlen, Natalie Gloshen, Amanda Graff, JoAnna Male, Jennifer Raines, Cheyenne Stephens, Lindsay Hickock, Matt Hughes and Tom, Stanley. MVHS students with certification are Nate Bolech and Larissa Merkley.
