Teacher of the Month: Sara Cross

Congratulations to Sara Cross, Eudora Chamber of Commerce Teacher of the Month for March! Mrs. Cross teaches sixth grade math at Eudora Middle School. She has taught for eight years, five of which have been in Eudora.
"The most rewarding thing about being an educator is the opportunity to positively impact the lives of so many students," she said. "It is an awesome responsibility to each student and their parents that challenges and motivates me on a daily basis."
Her professional goals include learning more ways to incorporate technology into the classroom and her curriculum.
Mrs. Cross serves as a Positive Behavior Supports coach at EMS and as a member of the district's math curriculum committee. Her family includes her husband, Jay, and their children Jackson, Emma and Lydia. She is the daughter of Roger and Carolyn Warren of Olathe.
