Parent involvement
Parents of Eudora Schools students are invited and encouraged to be an active partner in the educational process. Leadership opportunities for parents are available in a variety of roles. For more information about getting involved with any of these groups, contact your child's school office.
A site council is in place at each of the district's schools. This is a group, led by the building principal, of a few parents and school staff members dedicated to ensuring an all-around quality educational experience for students.
Grade school parents are encouraged to serve in the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) as a way to help bring about enhancements to the facilities and programs that affect their children each day.
Parents organize a booster club for students at both Eudora Middle School and Eudora High School. This group supports the students who are involved with school activities and athletics.
The Cardinal 12th Man Club is a parent and community group designed specifically to support the EHS varsity football program. The Cardinal Diamond Club is made up of parents and community members to support the EHS baseball and softball teams.
