History of the building
West Early Childhood Family Center was built in 1994 as Eudora West Elementary. It has transitioned several times to meet the growing needs of the district, with classroom reconfigurations and an addition in 1998. The addition of student restrooms in the summer of 2009 will outfit the building to accommodate the community's youngest students.
What's been going on at EWECFC? 
Kindergarten students were treated to a manner's assembly on Friday, April 16th. "Tall Tales" was presented featuring tales such as Paul Bunyan, Davy Crockett and Jack and the Cornstalk. For some pictures of the assembly, click here:
