The goal
of the Eudora Schools Foundation is to improve the educational
opportunities for all students through a variety of programs. With
the generous help of private individuals and organizations,
the Foundation will support important projects, such
as:
- Special projects, such as reading programs, guest speakers, technology tools, and many other opportunities that extend beyond the normal financial means of the district.
- Awards to recognize excellence among the district’s outstanding students and educators.
- Mini-grants to encourage teachers to find new and innovative ways of integrating technology or other resources in their classrooms.
- Support for professional development among faculty so that students can benefit from the most respected research and techniques.
- Scholarships for students who are making plans to pursue higher education.

The growth
and success of the Eudora Endowment Association depends on the
generosity of people just like you. With the generosity of
individuals, organizations, and corporations, the Endowment is able
to:
- Encourage funding that will support quality education in our district.
- Create and maintain a permanent investment fund for the purpose of generating annual income.
- Sponsor innovative educational programs.
- Provide educational opportunities for Eudora students and teachers.
- Supplement worthwhile programs that cannot be sustained at the desired level by the current district budget.
- Foster community participation and support for the district’s educational programs.
Who are we?
The Eudora Schools Foundation is an independent 501(c)3 charitable organization, governed by a volunteer board of trustees. The organization's mission is to support Eudora Schools USD 491 with private funding; however, we are not managed, organized or otherwise governed by the school district.
