Eudora Community Learning Center

The Eudora Community Learning Center offers a unique setting that allows you to work at your own pace with teacher assistance. A creative staff will provide additional educational opportunities to enhance your learning experience. This is not a GED program -- the CLC will help you earn an official high school diploma, complete with a "cap and gown" graduation.

Programs for high school students

The Eudora Community Learning Center offers an alternative educational setting for high school students to earn a diploma.

The program is designed to assist students in completing their high school graduation requirements -- not to replace the entire four-year high school experience. Students who have earned at least 15 credits from their home high school are typically most likely to succeed at the CLC.

Students are required to be in good standing and successfully withdraw from their current high school.

24 credits are required for completion, and specific credits are needed in multiple academic areas. The first class must be completed on the CLC campus, but it may be possible for students to work from a home network in later courses.

Students interested in completing their high school requirements through the CLC should contact the CLC staff for information. Prior to being admitted, the student and parents will meet with the high school principal to review and discuss individual goals, timeline and overall commitment to completing their high school diploma.

Are you still wishing you had that high school diploma? Thinking back, maybe there seemed to be a million reasons to leave school before graduation. And, as right as they seemed then, those decisions may not fit with the future you want to pursue now. Maybe you received your GED, but you still don't qualify for the career you desire. The Eudora Community Learning Center is designed for you!

The CLC helps individuals 18 and older earn a high school diploma in non-traditional ways. With flexible scheduling, including evenings and summers, an individualized setting for adult learners, support from certified teaching staff, and affordable rates, it's an opportunity that's hard to pass up!

Registration

The CLC program is set up for open enrollment. Students can register at any time during the calendar year, not just during the traditional school year schedule. Click here for more information about enrolling for classes.
