History of the building
West Early Childhood Family Center was built in 1994 as Eudora West Elementary. It has transitioned several times to meet the growing needs of the district, with classroom reconfigurations and an addition in 1998. The addition of student restrooms in the summer of 2009 will outfit the building to accommodate the community's youngest students.
What's been going on at EWECFC? 
Kindergarten and preschool students celebrated Dr. Seuss's birthday with a week-long celebration that included everything from cleaning machines to Green Eggs and Ham. To view a slide-show of the week's events, please click here.
