Biometrics screenings
The district's insurance provider, Coventry Health Care of Kansas, sponsored a biometrics screening session on Jan. 3 for all employees who are members of the plan. The nearly 90 employees who participated learned basic health indicators, including blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and were provided personalized advice about creating healthy habits.
