August 30th

Chapter 10 Section 3, "Acquiring New Lands".

Guided Reading and Quiz Due.

Tuesday, 

August 31st 

Chapter 10 Section 4, "America as a World 

Power".  Guided Reading.

Wednesday, 

September 1st

Finish Chapter 10 - Section 4.  "America as 

a World Leader".

   

Thursday,

September 2nd

Chapter 10 - Section 4 Re-teaching and Quiz Due.

Go over Geography Application.

   

Friday, 

September 3rd

Chapter 10 Review.  Outline Map, Building 

Vocabulary and Extra Credit Due.  All Quiz's must 

be made up by 8:15.

 

Monday, 

September 6th 

Labor Day - No School.    

Tuesday,

September 7th

Chapter 10 - Summative Test.    

Wednesday,

September 8th

 Go over Chapter 10 Test.

   

Thursday, 

September 9th

Start Chapter 9 - "The Progressive Era".  Go over 

Section 1 - "The Origins of Progressivism".  Guided Reading 

Due.

Friday, 

September 10th

Finish Chapter 9 - Section 1,  "The Origins of Progressivism".

Take Quiz over Section 1.  Start Section 2 - "Women in 

Public Life".

 

 

Grading & Assignments
It is very important that you stay active and up to date with assignments and your grade. You should try and check Power School everyday for updated scores and assignments.  The Power School link is in the upper right hand corner of this page.  

If you have any questions or concerns with a score that has been entered, or an assignment that is due, come in and talk to me before or after school.
