New Announcements

The Varsity Lady Cards took on Spring Hill last night looking for revenge.  And revenge is what they got!  The Cards tenacious man to man defense led to Spring Hill turnovers that the Cards were able to capitalize on.  The Cards come on top with their first big win, 27-16.  Come and watch the Lady Cards take on Louisburg Thursday night.  

Scores: Oller-1, E. Beck-3, A. Beck-2, Pringle-6 ,Maring-2, Durkin-2 ,Kruger-2, Graham-9.

The 8th grade JV girls came away with an 18-15 home victory over Spring Hill Monday night. The Cards will host Louisburg on Thursday.

 

The 7th grade traveled to Spring Hill last night.  The JV played in a hard game losing by the score of 13 to 17.  Scoring for the Cards were, Abby Richeson with 6, Camille Dickerson with 3, Shelby Younkin with 2, and Cierra Richeson and Logan Jackson each with 1.

 

The Varsity played in a tough game going into overtime.  They also lost by the score of 18 to 27.  Scoring for the ladies were, Kennedy O'Dell with 9, Allie Webb with 6, and Anna Brown with 3.  The ladies travel to Louisburg on Thursday for their next action.

 

Attention Yearbook Staff: There will be a FULL staff meeting on Thursday before school at 7:40 in Miss Duensing's room. If you missed this morning's pagemakers and coeditors meeting, please see Miss Duensing in class to get caught up.

Don't forget to order your yearbooks! The deadline for ordering is this Friday, November 21st! Please bring your order form and money to the yearbook table before school or the office anytime this week! Also, if you did not get your picture taken by Lifetouch earlier this fall, please let Miss Duensing know by Friday so that we can arrange for your picture to be taken.

 

Repeat Announcements

7th Grade is on Flex C schedule on Thursday.

 

The scrapbook club's next meeting will be tomorrow, November 19th.  It will be a crop - so bring your own scrapbooking supplies and pictures to work on.  If you don't have materials, just bring some pictures and you’re welcome to use the club’s supplies!  We’ll have food and freebies!  No need to sign up ahead of time for crops!  But do arrange for a ride home by 4:20!
