Mrs. Murphy

Hi! I am so excited to be your student's 4th grade teacher this year! This will be my 3rd year teaching at Eudora Elementary and I could not be happier to be a part of the Eudora Elementary School family!

I grew up in a small town in Kansas (Chapman). I have lived in Olathe with my husband Tad for 17+ years. This last year we purchased a new home!  Together we have 5 children and our household stays very busy!   I have previously worked for my church as the Weekday Childcare Coordinator and been a school secretary.   I have had my own before and after school care program from my home.  Children are my passion!  I have actively participated in my children's classrooms, volunteered in school libraries and been a girl scout leader to 24 little ladies!

 I enjoy 80's music, frugal shopping, crafting, the beach or mountains and an ice cold coca cola will always brighten my day! It has been my dream to be an elementary teacher and I am looking forward to a fantastic year with your children!
