Mrs. Jenn Ducey

Hi Everyone!

My name is Jenn Ducey, and this is my second year as the first grade special education teacher at Eudora Elementary. The 2021-2022 school year will be my fifth in Eudora. Prior to this, I was a district CAP para for three years and a special education paraeducator for one year. I found my passion for special education beginning in 2009 with my first position as a paraeducator in the Basehor-Linwood School District.

In December of 2020, I graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. This fall, I will begin WSU's High-Incidence Special Education Master's Program.

When I am at home, I enjoy many Mario Kart victories between myself and my husband, Michael. I love cuddling with our many fur babies, reading, and attending live music shows.

I am beyond thrilled to meet you and your child. I believe that your child's education only begins with their academics, and as such, I strive to build strong relationships with students and their families in order to meet needs at all levels.
