Eudora Schools Foundation receives $6500 from Douglas County Community Foundation to invest in Youth Mental Health First Aid training for all teachers and staff in coming years
The extra time each day will allow the district to meet state attendance requirements after a total of four inclement weather days in January and February.
In February 2013 the Kansas State Board of Education passed regulations on the use of Emergency Safety Interventions (seclusion and restraint) for all students enrolled in Kansas public schools.
