As parents seek to make decisions for their students during the 2020-2021 school year, we wanted to provide information to assess in this process. The data below reflects attendance collected from September 28 to October 15, 2020, and compares it to the corresponding dates in 2019.

Daily Average Percentage Comparison
When comparing attendance data from last fall to this fall, we have not noticed a significant change. According to the table on the right, EES is experiencing fewer absences in 2020 than last fall. EMS and EHS indicate a slight increase in percentage from last year to this year.
For context purposes, it is important to note EES saw a decrease in enrollment of 54 students. EMS experienced a decrease in its 2020 enrollment of 30 students. EHS saw an increase in its enrollment by 43 students.

When looking at the comparison of daily average attendance for EES, EMS, and EHS the dates are corresponding in nature. It is important to note that school was not in session in 2019 for October 11, 17, and 18. Therefore, the percent absent for these dates are 0%.
