Welcome to my teacher page. I am excited about teaching your student this year! This year marks my 8th year in education. Previously, I taught English at the high school level. I made the transition to middle school English Language Arts last year. I'm looking forward to my second year at EMS!

I grew up in Andover, Kansas in a community and school district very similar to that of Eudora; and for that reason, Eudora feels a lot like home. I spent this last summer as a new mom and cuddling with my baby boy. When I have free time, I enjoy reading (as any nerdy English teacher might tell you), writing, traveling, hiking, and spending time with my family and friends.
