Title IX Policy
The board of education is committed to providing a positive and productive working and learning environment, free from discrimination on the basis of sex, including sexual harassment. The district does not discriminate on the basis of sex in admissions, employment, or the educational programs or activities it operates and is prohibited by Title IX from engaging in such discrimination. Discrimination on the basis of sex, including sexual harassment, will not be tolerated in the school district. Discrimination on the basis of the sex of employees or students of the district by board members, administrators, licensed and classified personnel, students, vendors, and any others having business or other contacts with the school district is strictly prohibited.
