Ms. Jaime Meyers

I am one of the 8th grade ELA teachers for EMS. This is my fifteenth year at Eudora Middle School. Formerly, I taught 6th grade English, 6th grade Reading, 8th grade English, and 8th grade Applications. I return this year to teach writing, about which I am very passionate, as well as reading, speaking and listening skills. I look forward to helping students prepare for the rigor expected once in high school.  

This is my 10th year as the EMS Yearbook advisor. Each year, I learn new ways to help students create a yearbook they are proud to claim.

In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my family - my niece is going to be 4 in October and she is so much fun to hang out with. I also have two dogs, Henry and Logan, who keep me busy. I love gardening, photography, and crafting! 

I look forward to working with the 8th grade teachers and students, and plan to have a great year!
