Kelsey Scarlett

Hello! I am very excited to start teaching in the Eudora district! I received my Bachelors in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the University of Kansas and am currently working on my Master's in Special Education from Washburn University. 

My husband, Tim, and I have been married for 11 years and have three sons (Tyler, Jacob, and Spencer).
